Restructuring of Social Security Institution (SSI) Debts
The upper ratio limit for the deferral procedures of debts owed to the SSI has been lifted until August 31, 2026.

and a financial status notification form,
whereas these documents will not be required from those requesting payment in 36 months or less.
Taxpayers who were previously unable to perform deferral procedures because their liquidity ratio exceeded 1 will be able to structure their payments in up to 36 installments, provided they apply by August 31, 2026.
An annual deferral interest rate of 29% will be applied to deferral transactions made until August 31, 2026.
